About Our Practitioners

Our highly qualified acupuncturists are the primary reasons why our patients are so satisfied with their visit experience and treatment results.

Dr. Becky Su, EAMP, Dipl OM (NCCAOM)

Dr. Becky Su has been practicing medicine since 1985, and practicing acupuncture for almost twenty years. She was an MD in Western medicine in China and practiced as a surgeon at the University Hospital in Harbin.

She has served on the Board of Trustees of Bastyr University, and taught there as adjunct faculty. Over the past two decades, she has helped thousands of patients, who have come to her from the local community as well as places far away as Marseilles, France and Beijing, China.

Ever since she started her medical school in 1980, caring and treating patients has become her second nature. Equipped with the additional expertise and insight in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture after graduating from Bastyr University, she founded Bellevue Acupuncture Clinic in 1993, and from that point on, treating patients’ diseases holistically has become her lifetime passion. She believes Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine plays a vital role in people's health and, as a practitioner, one must keep abreast of the latest development in both worlds of the medicine to be the best caregiver. Over the past twenty years, she has witnessed firsthand how effective and “magical” these alternative medicine approaches can be, and how happy and grateful so many patients and their families are thanks to her care.

Dr. Timoth J. Ross, DAOM, EAMP, Dipl OM (NCCAOM)

Dr. Ross began his medical studies at the University of California San Diego, pursuing a degree in physiology and neuroscience. After a short detour to China’s famous Shaolin Temple, a black belt test inside the temple and a few years as head instructor of a martial arts school in Seal Beach, he began graduate level studies at the University of California Irvine with Dr. Shin Lin.

From 2003 through 2011, he worked side by side with Dr. Lin exploring the physiological manifestations of “Qi”. This exploration of the therapeutic benefits derived from traditional Chinese mind body practices inspired Dr. Ross to pursue advanced studies in Chinese medicine.

In addition to receiving his masters and doctoral degrees in Chinese medicine, Dr. Ross has also received advanced training in acupuncture through the Toyohari Association of North America, qigong through the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School, herbal medicine through the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine and Traditional Chen Style Tai Ji Chuan through Sifus Chen, Lin, Shen, Guo, Wang and Willis.

It is from this unified field of Chinese medicine that Dr. Ross approaches health and wellness. Ultimately, after many years of vigorous study, research and practice, Dr. Ross has developed an integrative and comprehensive treatment system that can effectively address patients' health issues in the areas of pain relief, infertility, chronic conditions and general health improvement, among others.

Autumn Ta, MS Acupuncture, EAMP, Dipl OM (NCCAOM)

Combining my passion for health and reverence of Chinese Medicine, I completed my Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Program at the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, FL. I am trained in Classical Five Element Acupuncture, a nationally certified diplomate in Acupuncture and licensed East Asian Medical Practitioner in Washington State. Over the years, I’ve traveled and lived throughout Japan, Thailand, India, and China. These experiences have given me a varied perspective on health and well-being.

Through my own healing journey with digestive issues, fatigue, low back pain and depression, I discovered acupuncture and fell in love. I now dedicate my time to helping others with their health challenges through acupuncture. Also, having completed additional training in cosmetic acupuncture, I help address fine lines and wrinkles, improve muscle tone and reduce sagging, firm skin and improve skin tone, and reduce acne and rosacea. I want to help people feel health on the inside and out!

It is an honor and a pleasure to be able help others just as this medicine has helped me. As a practitioner and fellow human being, it is my goal to truly listen to each person who walks through my door and see each person’s full health potential. Through listening, inquiry, observation, and palpation, I hone in and address the root cause contributing to the various ailments or pains that the body emotes through symptoms. These symptoms are our body’s way of communicating to us that something is in distress, much like the check engine light in a car. Once the core issue is addressed, the body will start to operate in a more balanced state so that health and vitality can be felt at all levels of the body, mind, and spirit.

I look forward to working with you!

Diane Chen, MS Acupuncture, EAMP, Dipl OM (NCCAOM)

Diane grew up in China in a time when Chinese medicine was practiced along side with Western medicine in clinics. She experienced the power of the medicine as a child getting treated for things from cold and cough, poor appetite to allergies, all with the natural therapy of herbs, acupuncture and cupping. She was formally trained in acupuncture and herbs from SIOM where she followed teachers of many traditions including Stephen Brown of Meridian Therapy and Jason Robertson and Yefim Gamgoneishvili of Channel Palpation. She was also trained in Qigong instruction and practices from the Taoist Studies Institute. Before joining the Bellevue Acupuncture Clinic, she practiced at Dragonfly Holistic Healing Center in Fremont. Her treatment style combines channel palpation and gentle meridian therapy techniques that quietly transform the body dynamics. She frequently incorporates contact needling, moxa therapy, cupping and guasha into treatments to suit different patient constitutions. She is currently apprenticing with Dr. Su to learn her style of treatment. Her clinic interests include: chronic conditions, pain management, sleep disorders, oncology support, pediatric care, women's health and geriatrics.

Elisha Bobrosky, EAMP, LMP

I am dually licensed in Acupuncture as well as Massage Therapy. My studies started in 2002 at Bastyr University with Herbal Sciences program exploring the medicinal use of plants. From there I was hooked, and continued on in the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program. During this time I also completed my licensing requirements for massage therapy.

I came to the Bellevue Acupuncture Clinic in 2008 as a receptionist with the primary goal of learning how a successful acupuncture practice was run. During that time I apprenticed with Dr. Su to learn a unique style of Reflexology incorporating acupressure and massage techniques. In 2010 I transitioned into bodywork at the clinic full time. I am fascinated by how the body works as well as how powerful tools such as Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and Massage can be. It is a great pleasure and honor to practice with Dr. Becky Su at her clinic.

During each treatment session I combine modalities such as acupuncture, massage, and reflexology to create a personalized treatment for you. Each treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs and health goals. Whether you come in to sleep better or address neck/back pain my goal is to make sure you walk out of our door feeling better than when you came in.
